Veterans Preference Form

If you are a qualified veteran and you would like to apply for veteran's preference points, please print out the Multnomah County Veterans' Preference Form below. Please follow the instructions on the form carefully. A hard copy of the completed form and supporting documentation (DD214 or VA802) must be received by Multnomah County Human Resources by the closing date of the recruitment. Please include your name, social security number and the recruitment number on all paperwork submitted.
